Another local resident in Needham Massachusetts was ready to become a James Hardie home! These residents had siding that was falling apart and you can see how it brought down the appearance of the home in the pictures below.
Before:
Cedar Wood Siding: On the front and back sides of the home you can see that there was a lot of chipping of paint and there wasn’t much continuity at all in how the shingles looked. This is a popular problem that we see because wood requires alot of maintenance and it can sometimes be difficult to keep that pristine look that you love so much on day 1.
Shutters & Trim: Along with the siding itself, the maroon colored shutters and dark yellow trim was a bit outdated.
After:
James Hardie Fiber Cement Siding: Capital Construction came in and provided and installed brand new James Hardie siding. The house is much more crisp, and clean and the homeowners were thrilled. Both the front and back of the house are looking beautiful.
Trim: Finally, to touch it all up, we installed a nice white trim on the house. It is the perfect compliment to the color they chose and helped bring everything together.
