Capital Construction finished up another rubber roof replacement in Boston yesterday, with this one being in Southie! With Southie being as popular as it is, people are fixing their homes up at rapid rates to ensure their tenants are happy and safe.
The entire side of this duplex three family home needed to be replaced. The roof was out of date and causing leakage issues throughout the building. Below you can see the process of our team working on the home. The entire roof had to be stripped off, new panels were placed down and then the top rubber roof layer was applied.
